In this first episode of Scaled Nation Podcast, we are going diving into several popular meal delivery companies. Origin Meals, Ice Age Meals, and Paleo Power Meals. This is the first half of a two-part series exploring the experience and real costs associated with delivered meals and what you’re actually paying per meal. It sounds great right – no cooking, no prepping? Part two will feature a breakdown of Kettlebell Kitchen, Trifecta, and consideration of just hiring your own personal chef
If you’re a busy professional like me, or a parent with kids and a hectic schedule, all of it sounds spectacular. I can simply go to a website, order my food, I don’t have to worry about meal planning or cooking, or tracking my macros because if I order these meals, it’s all done for me. I don’t have to mess with prepping or any of that!
What’s not to love about that? I figured maybe it was worth trying.
Although I got a bit more than I bargained for. Ready? Set GO!
