I have an excellent guest on the show today, Dr. Sean Rockett. He is certified in Orthopedic Surgery specializing in shoulder and knee, sports medicine, and hip and knee replacements. You may have seen him on Episode 18.18 of CrossFit® podcast – if you haven’t watched that, you should check it out.
